How to motivate your monday

I did not want to get going this morning. My get up and go got up and left without me before my feet had touched the carpet. I knew I needed a kick in the ass to get started.

Begrudgingly, I put on my running clothes, laced up my sneakers, and started my podcast of choice blaring through my earbuds. Half way through my run I realized I needed this. The fresh air, the movement, the heart rate change, every ounce of it- I needed it.

It can be easy to get lost in our heads. Thinking about the future, your family, work, school, it can be overwhelming. So find time today to find what you need.
